1001 Arabian Nights

1

Welcome back to the Arab Emirates,

Known as the Manhattan of the Desert, Abu Dhabi is shaped of modern and futuristic architecture along the Corniche (Coast Road).

Back in April this Year, I visited here for the first time. Having a great Coconut Coffee that time on the top of Etihad Towers was definitely a great experience that I did not want to miss out this time. So i went back here together with my cool friend Elisa and we took the time to chill and enjoy the 360 Degree View over the coast lines.

With 45-50 Degree Celsius during the Day and 37 Degree at Night, the Abu Dhabi Summers are really hot and humid. There were so many activities that I initially planned, but didn’t work out cuz the heat makes one lazy. haha. But nevertheless we took a ride to the famous and stunning Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque as seen in the pictures below.

Together with Arab people, we watched the world cup game Germany vs. France, while smoking water pipe (known as hookah or shisha) and drinking a great amount of delicious tasting Moroccan mint-tea.

Abu Dhabi was a really great weekend getaway and i already planned my desert trips for the next time when i will visit here.

Untilverysoon!
